How to Request a Refund (Return)
If you're not completely satisfied with your HEROSOX within 30 days of receiving them, here's how we make it right:
For a single-pair order:
Simply email us at support@herosox.com with your order number. You don't even need to send the socks back. Consider them a gift for giving us a try. We'll process your full refund immediately.
For multi-pair packs (Starter Pack or Smart Mover Pack):
Wear one pair and test it. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your entire purchase when you return the remaining unworn pairs in original packaging. This prevents waste, a core part of our philosophy.
To start a return, email support@herosox.com with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.

Choose store credit instead of cash and get 120% of your order value (including shipping).

How to Request an Exchange
Ordered the wrong size or color? It happens. We're happy to exchange any unworn HEROSOX in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process:
- Email support@herosox.com with your order number and exchange details
- We'll provide a return address
- Ship the unworn pairs back to us (you cover return shipping)
- Once we receive them, we'll send your correct size/color at no charge
Why we wait to ship: Prevents confusion with multiple packages in transit.
💥 Pro Tip (Get Your Item Faster): Don't want to wait? Place a new order for the correct size/color and we'll ship it immediately. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your first order in full.
Handling a Defective Product
Our DotGrip™ technology lasts 500+ uses, and our High-Density weaving is built for durability. If we miss the mark, we'll make it right, honestly and directly.
Defective on arrival (within 14 days) or manufacturing defect during use (within 30 days): Choose a full refund or free replacement.
Here's what to do:

- Take a photo of the defect (helps us improve quality in future)
- Email photo + order number to support@herosox.com
- Tell us: refund or replacement?
We'll process your choice immediately. We'd rather have your trust than your money.
The Practical Details
Refunds:
- Cash: Refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Store credit (120% bonus): Instant, no expiration (the smarter choice)
Shipping Costs:
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping (for multi-pair refunds or exchanges) is your responsibility
- Defective products: We cover all shipping costs
- Our error (wrong item sent): We cover all shipping costs
Timeframe:
- All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days from delivery date
- Defective product reports (for items received damaged): Within 14 days of delivery
- Manufacturing defect coverage extends to 30 days for quality issues
