When we designed HEROSOX, the research pointed clearly in two directions at once.
Five-toe separation addresses problems inside your shoe: friction blisters between toes, intrinsic foot muscle atrophy, interdigital humidity that leads to athlete's foot.
Full-sole grip addresses problems outside your shoe: slipping on hard floors, sliding inside your shoe on long descents, loss of stability on uneven surfaces.
